Irasshai Textbooks
Georgia Public Broadcasting

I was contracted by GPB to put together comprehensive textbooks for their Irasshai - introduction to Japanese program.

The challenge with this project was that I was taking over 2,000 pages worth of content, and merging them together over the span of two textbooks as well as two teachers' guides. There were over 3 gigabytes worth of image files that were scattered throughout a dated system of archiving done by the previous iterations of the work materials that I was given.

Adobe Photoshop was used to color correct, and properly convert all color assets to black and white for inner-page regulations, and all text-flowing and page layout rebuilding was done in Adobe InDesign.

Ultimately, the textbooks were succesfully created, and are still available today via Amazon.com's BookSurge program.
