Wedding Programs

When my sister married in 2007, she asked me to make her wedding programs, instead of having some service do it for them.

I came up with this simple, minimalistic design whose color scheme is based off of traditional Korean wedding garb, also featured in the miniature cake toppers. The colors of red, blue, yellow and green are popular colors, all of which are predominantly visible in many "Ham-bok" traditional Korean gowns.

The typeface on the cover of the program was originally Voluta Script, but had to manually be altered in Illustrator, to satiate the bride's request to tone down the extremeties of the brush script's serifs.
