Job
Description: While as a contractor, my primary job
was to take care of adbook ads, which were mostly a series
of templates created for expedient and convenient customization
for various forms of advertisement. Each ad would be resized
and customized to the client's direction. During this tenure,
SunTrust also underwent a new-branding identity change, and
it was also my responsibility to ensure that all older materials
were updated and conformed into the new branding standards.
When not working on adbook materials, I was also contributing
in the creative aspect, assisting in the development of various
forms of print media, such as flyers, postcards, billboards
and posters. Corporate brand identity maintenance was essential
to my position, and I have to make sure that all work done
maintains the SunTrust identity.
SunTrust
Banks, Inc. is the seventh largest bank company in the United
States, with offices and branches located all across the Southeastern
United States and Mid-Atlantic regions. I obtained this position
through The Creative Group agency.
Primary
Software: Mac OSX platform, Photoshop, InDesign,
QuarkXPress, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Entourage, Acrobat,
Distiller, Fetch.
Additional
Required Skills & Knowledge: Understanding of
royalty-free or rights-managed photos, scanning, physical
paste and mock-up generation, burning CDs and DVDs for both
mechanical and archiving purposes, understanding of networking
and shared files, time management, excellent file management
and organization.
